This development comprises of mixed use new build residential and commercial units over two phases consisting of 13 blocks as well as the phased completion of primary school with commercial kitchen; served from a central energy centre via a district heating network. The project has been designed to allow for a phased handover.

Phase 1 comprising of 212 new build mixed use residential, 242m2 of commercial space over 4 blocks including 19 storey building and a primary school.

Phase 2 comprising of 78m2 new build mixed use residential and 5112m2 of commercial space over 9 blocks.

The primary school has been designed to be majority naturally ventilated and a commercial kitchen.  The school is to be built in two phases to replace the existing primary school, which shall operate and decant to the new phase 1 once complete to allow the remainder of the school to be demolished and rebuilt.

Residential sprinkler firefighting systems and wet riser systems are required to multiple high rise buildings.

The development incorporates a 3.5Mw gas fired central boiler plant and connection to the Battersea PowerStation remote district heating system.

FHP were appointed to progress the design from Stage E onwards for the M&E Services including  BIM modelling of the Energy Centre, intake/plant rooms, risers and services cupboards and primary school.
