A proposed new build scheme to regenerate part of Fish Island North in East London, along the Hertford Canal with a predominantly residential led, mixed use development, designed around courts and yards, accommodating 516 private and affordable units and associated amenity. Non-residential accommodation comprises offices, workshops, retail, cafes and restaurants, and an enhanced public realm including canal side improvements.

It is envisaged that the development will be connected to a community wide district heating network which currently supplies the Olympic Park. As part of the 2012 Legacy plant the district heating network is to be extended for future residential connection including Hepscott Road.

FHP is appointed to deliver the RIBA Stage C pre planning information for the development to include all aspects of M&E building services and a Sustainability report and Energy Strategy.
