FHP announced as lead MEP consultants on Fortis Quay, Salford

FHP have been appointed to carry out the Infrastructure and MEP design on Fortis Quay in Salford which includes the tallest building ‘Northill’ that will rise to 27 storeys.  The scheme will contain 750 apartments, a gym, car parking and concierge space.

The Design of the 27 storey ‘Northill’ Building and the 12 storey Grapnell buildings will be in collaboration with P+HS Architects, Mott Macdonald Structural Engineers and DEP Landscape Architects.
