A new build residential development comprises 229No. apartments over four blocks, including a basement level car park with approx. 150No. car park spaces.

The development incorporates a 1.6MW gas fired central boiler plant and includes connections for a future link to a remote district heating system.

The development is mixed use tenure and will obtain CfSH Level 4.

FHP were appointed to provide the Performance Design of the M&E Services and CfSH’s assessment, with an overseeing role throughout the Contract.

3D Revit(BIM) has been used to fully co-ordinate the plant room.
