A new build high end residential development comprising 76No private apartments on the periphery of the Square Mile, located on Fetter Lane between Fleet Street and Chancery Lane.

The development includes a basement central energy centre, and private resident’s club room. Living accommodation is provided on ground to 8th floors with private roof terraces accessible from the upper level of the 8th floor duplex apartments.

All units are provided with Heat Interface Units, automatic billing system, wet underfloor heating. Comfort cooling was provided to Living areas and Master Bedrooms.

FHP were appointed as services consultant providing the full scope of detailed design M&E services from RIBA Stage E. Duties comprised production of full installation design information such as specifications, plant and equipment schedules, coordinated working drawings, and technical submissions.

Revit (BIM) was used to co-ordinate all plantroom and basement drawings.

We were involved throughout the construction period to assist the contractor with technical queries and to monitor the installation.
