Lead Revit MEP Coordinator - London

Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an advanced Lead MEP Coordinator to join a friendly, growing consultancy based in our modern London Bridge office. The candidate will have strong modelling and coordination skills, and have experience in both a consultant and contractor environment. You will have the chance to work on large, varied projects from Stage 3 to Stage 5, seeing the projects through to completion. The role will require attendance at coordination meetings and leading junior and outsourcing elements of projects.

You will be required to work closely with engineers to coordinate their designs to a high standard. A strong work ethic, organisational skills and attention to detail are a must for this candidate. We take pride in our work so the ability to produce highly accurate, clash free models and drawings is essential. The role will have development opportunities with training in the latest software and tools to increase productivity. Our CAD team is very proactive and encouraged to make suggestions to work flows and help further our standards. Requirements and Skills:

• 5 years minimum Revit MEP
• 2 years AutoCAD
• 2 years Navisworks including clash detection
• Knowledge of Fabrication, ISO 19650, COBie and Dynamo an advantage

Salary dependant on experience.
