James sits on the Executive board at FHP and is a key decision maker and strategic lead within the business.
As well as overseeing larger projects, he has secured long-term framework agreements with a number of clients and has experience of multi-million-pound projects as well as smaller scale designs.
James brings 20 years of experience from contracting through to consultancy and has a proven track record within the Building Services market.
Ian has gained a wealth of experience over the years initially at site level carrying out Electrical Installations for a leading national MEP contractor on a variety of projects including high tech offices, industrial and large hospital projects.
During his time in the contracting industry, Ian gained strong project management organisational skills in a variety of situations in order to achieve client deadlines and developed a flexible attitude to work independently and as part of a team.
He then spent some 6 years in design and project management with one of the UK’s leading electrical contractors before pursuing his career overseas in both Libya and Saudi Arabia where he was employed as ‘Senior Resident Electrical Engineer’ on a $450m electrical contract for the Saudi National Guard in Dammam.
Ian returned to the UK in 1986 and joined FHP as a ‘Senior Electrical Design Engineer’ progressing to Associate with the practice and then being offered full Partnership in 1989 and has worked at FHP to the present day.
Andy is an experienced innovative and professionally qualified Electrical Associate.
Andy has demonstrated leadership skills involving managing, planning, developing and motivating teams, within the building services industry, to achieve exceptional business performance. He has analytical, design and problem-solving skills dedicated to maintaining high quality standards.
Andy has a persistent and flexible approach that’s beneficial to the achievement of the business plan, suppliers and Clients expectations.
Stephen joined FHP in late 2013 after several years working for a Main Contractor as a Building Services Design Engineer. In this role Stephen gained valuable experience working on projects for various Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Developers.
In 2018 Stephen changed roles to head up the FHP Energy Services team. In this role Stephen manages the Sustainability and Building Physics side of FHP’s projects from concept to completion.
