FHP were approached initially by ISG to support their bid for the site at Brownell Street in Sheffield.  Following ISG's appointment, FHP were appointed to procure the design of the MEP services for the development to Stage 4a for Granger Developments and are engaging with the MEP contractors to pick up the Contract design in tandam with the client side support.

Located just off Netherthorpe Road, close to the Well Meadow Conservation Area, the development comprises two buildings which will deliver 284 residential apartments consisting of 133 two bedroom, 139 one bedroom, and 12 studios.

The scheme is designed specifically for the emerging build to rent (BTR) market.

Occupiers of the completed development will benefit from this strategic location. They will be within walking distance of city centre jobs, restaurants, bars and other amenities.

The site is also immediately adjacent to Netherthorpe tram stop and is very close to the University of Sheffield as well as the city’s main hospitals.

The design has been developed by architects MCAU and Leach Rhodes Walker. Zerum is engaged as planning consultant and project manager. Curtains is the engineer.  FHP is the MEP engineer.
