Pristine London Construction Group and London AC Limited have organised the Construction Tour de Cornwall to raise funds and show their industry's appreciation for the incredible dedication and hard work of our NHS during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Working alongside the 11 Foundation, founded by former Chelsea and England footballer Joe Cole and his wife Carly, all monies raised will go towards the NHS Garden’s Initiative, created to address elevated mental health issues and cases of PTSD experienced by NHS staff during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The foundation’s initiatives have been developed by experts and best-in-class creatives, and are designed to address physical and psychological symptoms of stress or trauma connected to working life in a busy hospital, particularly during times of crisis.

Taking place across the 9-12 September 2020, the Construction Tour de Cornwall will consist of an epic cycle over 200 miles (320km) from Penzance, via Land's End, culminating with a celebratory event at Plymouth.

Speaking about the upcoming event, Tony said, “Cycling 200 miles in three days is nothing in comparison to what our amazing NHS have done during this Covid-19 pandemic and continue to do every day.

However, alongside my friends and colleagues within the Construction Industry, we want to play our part and begin to repay the debt and show the overwhelming gratitude we feel toward our amazing NHS.

Any donation large or small would be greatly appreciated. We are aiming to raise £50,000 for this amazing cause."
