FHP Appointed by London Square for the Prestigious £130M Vulcan Wharf Project in Newham

FHP has been appointed by London Square to design the mechanical, electrical and public health building services to the £130 million mixed-use development project Vulcan Wharf as part of the Pudding Mill masterplan. 

The project sees FHP providing mechanical, electrical and public health design as well as Energy Assessments to the 484No. residential apartments, and commercial units. 

FHP will utilise Revit throughout the project.  The scheme design will connect to the Engie Olympic Park Energy Centre, providing LTHW services across 6 blocks, other services include ventilation, domestics water services power distribution, fire alarms, heat recovery ventilation, sprinklers and smoke ventilation. 

Managing Director at FHP, Tony Hewitt, said “This is a significant scheme for FHP to be a part of.  We have vast experience delivering large-scale high end residential schemes and we will focus on user comfort, flexibility and efficiency whilst designing the services”. 

FHP will be working closely with London Square and JV Partners Peabody, Architects Veretec, Structural Engineers Conisbee, Landscape Architects Camlins and Fire Engineers FDS to deliver the scheme due for completion 2024.
