New Client Success for FHP

FHP have been appointed by a new client to the business, Harworth Group to review and propose new infrastructure for a site in Barnsley.  Phase 2 & 3 of Gateway 36 will see over 1,000,000 ft/sq of industrial development realised on the site.

Formerly home to the Rockingham Colliery and with excellent transport connections to the M1, the now named Gateway 36 site, totalling 127 acres, is being developed in three phases to provide a range of employment and ancillary uses.
