FHP are proud to announce they have secured the MEP contract for Mount Pleasant - Phases 3 & 4, which comprises of five blocks of 336 mixed tenure residential dwellings, with ground floor commercial space, basement car parking and public open spaces.

This project forms part of the wider Postmark London development, which will regenerate the site of an operational Royal Mail Group Depot, Sorting Office and Postal Museum - including the Royal Mail private underground railway network!

FHP are responsible for the MEP design from concept to construction for Taylor Wimpey. The complexity in this development is the careful co-ordination of services between the Taylor Wimpey and Royal Mail boundaries.
