Situated opposite Lord’s Cricket Ground, Dora House Later Living provides a 13-storey senior living residential development of 77 apartments with ground floor amenity areas, basement car park and landscaped garden.
Regal London appointed FHP to design the MEP services in Revit to RIBA Stage 4a and oversee the installation to completion at the Lodge Road Senior Living Development.
To allow flexibility of the scheme through its life cycle, we designed the MEP services with the flexibility to change from Later Living room “Cluster Rooms” to individual rooms with minor disruption to the future tenants.
