The Role of FHP
Regal London appointed FHP to design the MEP services in Revit to RIBA Stage 4a and oversee the installation to completion at the Lodge Road Senior Living Development.
Challenges
To allow flexibility of the scheme through its life cycle, we designed the MEP services with the flexibility to change from Later Living room “Cluster Rooms” to individual rooms with minor disruption to the future tenants.
