Construction of a new mixed use development incorporating retention and refurbishment of the glazed façade of the existing Grade 4 Listed retail building.
The new site will offer approximately 3,000m2 of replacement, modern retail space for Romerils and approximately 94 new homes, with a minimum of 15% being made available for affordable purchase.
It will also provide public realm improvements including underground parking, pavement widening, pedestrian priority areas, soft landscape and tree planting, and a new multipurpose outdoor event space.
