Heeton Holdings appointed FHP to deliver a new property for major hotel chain, Hampton by Hilton. It comprises the first phase of an important regeneration project at Bridge Street in Leeds.
The 14-storey, 192-bed hotel, has a modern contemporary feel and includes meeting rooms, a conference venue, a gym, a bar and a restaurant and car park.
The Role of FHP
FHP were appointed by Heeton Holdings to develop the MEP design from Stage 0 – 3 and then remain client side throughout the design and build phase of the project.
