FHP were appointed by AECOM to overview the mechanical and electrical design to the prestigious new Printworks Campus for Leeds City College. The building was procured under a design and build contract with G&H Building Services appointed as the designer and contractor.
The Role of FHP
FHP carried out on-site design team meetings on behalf of the end user and to ensure the services were installed as the drawings and to the client’s expectations.
The Project involved a significant amount of involvement with the stakeholders of the project to ensure thescheme was in line with their expectations.
FHP carried out detailed snagging of the site and witnessed the commissioning of all the systems to ensure compliance with the specification.
