The M7 offices is a new commercial development in Stratford City comprising of two office towers. The two office buildings are designated as Building A & Building B and are 13 and 14 storeys respectively. The site is situated within the Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre and, in part, over sails existing retail units.
The contract saw FHP provide all shell and core, domestic and major plant design services, including a basement district heating plant, water and ventilation systems, across the 28,000m2 12-storey office scheme, targeted towards a BREEAM rating of Excellent.
The site, will feature a 1,395 sq m winter roof garden and a lease for eight of its 12 office floors has already been agreed with HMRC.
