The Role of FHP

FHP were contracted to develop the Stage C report to a full MEPH design to Stage E level, to enable the MEP design and build sub-contractor to be procured. In addition, FHP reviewed the subcontractor tenders and assisted Regal Homes with the appointment of the MEP contractors, as well as carrying out further reviews of the MEP subcontractor design information from Stage E onwards. FHP were also responsible for site monitoring and checking of benchmark installations, plant rooms and regular visits throughout construction.

"We have been working together with FHP for around 6 Years during which time they have become one of our favoured MEP Consultants and played a large part in the successful delivery of residential, commercial and retail schemes.

FHP consistently deliver a high standard of design and ensure design efficiency is always at the forefront of their mind, providing schemes that are always designed with budget in mind.

We find FHP particularly easy to communicate with, they offer good technical guidance and have a competent team of engineers to assist when needed. I’m sure we we’ll be working with FHP to deliver many successful future schemes and would highly recommend them to anyone that hasn’t previously worked with them."
