Halls of residence for Wimbledon College of Arts on the former White Hart public house site at 144 Kingston Road in Wimbledon.

WCA provides world class teaching in the technical arts for theatre, film and television.

The proposed scheme comprises 271 student rooms located above ground floor, student communal spaces and a small retail unit on the ground floor. The building is six storeys in height at the maximum steeping down to part 5 and part 4 storeys.
